In order to provide financial services as effectively and conveniently

policy serves as a standard for all Checksmart employees for collection,

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect nonpublic personal information about you from
the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on application or other loan forms,
such as your name, address, social security number, assets and income.
- Information about your transaction with us, such as your payment
history and loan balances; and
- Information we receive from third parties, such as consumer reporting
agencies and other lenders, regarding your credit worthiness and credit history.
WHAT INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE
We do not currently disclose any of the above information about you.
However we reserve the right to disclose in the future all of the information
that we collect as described above.
We are permitted by law to disclose nonpublic personal information
about you to third parties in certain circumstances. For example, we may
disclose nonpublic personal information about your transactions with us to
consumer reporting agencies and to government entities in response to subpoenas.
Moreover, we may disclose all of the nonpublic personal information about you
that we collect, as described above, to financial service providers that
perform services on our behalf or to other companies with whom we have joint
marketing arrangements. We may also disclose nonpublic financial information
to others such as non-profit organizations.
RIGHT TO OPT OUT
If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic personal information about
you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosure, that
is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures
permitted by law). If you wish to opt out of disclosures to nonaffiliated third

OUR SECURITY PROCEDURES
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those
employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to
you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with
federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
