| GeneralQualifications | Minimum of two (2) years experience leading and managing multiple locations in the retail, convenience store, grocery or financial industry. Proven track record of success. College education with business or finance concentration preferred. “Hands on” cash management experience with vault or safe responsibilities; Audit experience; Success in building and developing a winning team; Ability to comply, communicate, and hold employees accountable for existing legal requirements, including corporate policies and practices; Succession planning within district; Progressive stable employment history. Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and is a contributor to management meetings; Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends and be on call. All candidates must pass a background/credit verification, drug screening and assessment. |
